Janice Meighan, holds her Masters at the University of Toronto, specializing in Religious Studies, and also holds certificates held in counseling, leadership training, grief and bereavement education, stress and time management; in addition, Janice is a trained business systems analyst. Janice is a licensed celebrant in the Province of Ontario with All Seasons Weddings and Ontario Baptisms. She is also officiates funerals, memorials and services of remembrance.
Janice also has extensive experience with group facilitation, working with volunteers and personal counseling. She has implemented a number of strategic changes and enhancements to multi-level business systems in team environments. Janice has provided guidance and training for individuals and staff groups responsible for maintaining and working with changed environments.
Janice maintains that each person has a special purpose and touches the lives of many others. Each person leaves behind a unique meaning and legacy that can truly only be experienced with an open heart. She encourages each person to be open to life enhancing processes and people in our lives that can be transformative. Janice enjoys walking, listening to a variety of music, meeting her friends for conversational lunches and dinners and sharing all aspects of life with her partner, Ken.

Ken Ramsay is university educated with his degree in History and Philosophy, with certificates held in Gestalt Therapy. Ken is one of the most experienced planned giving professionals in North America. Ken has helped companies and charitable organizations realize over $200 million dollars in planned gift revenue over the last 20 years.
Ken was Chair of the Canadian Association on Charitable Gifts. He was the founding Chair of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and has lectured and taught extensively on Gift Planning in Canada and the USA. An original faculty member, Ken co-founded the course on Planned Giving at the Banff School for Management and has taught many of the planned giving professionals in Canada today. Ken has spoken frequently at AFP, NCPG, AHP and CAGP events throughout North America.
Under Ken’s direction, a major planned giving company in Canada has received several awards for innovation and Integrated Telemarketing techniques. Ken is an innovative business entrepreneur. He also provides coaching and guidance to executives. Ken maintains a counseling practice with individuals in the Toronto area. Ken enjoys cycling, renovating his home, spending time with his life partner, Janice, and is a Poet who looks for the unique qualities in every person he meets.
